Ayoka in Yoruba means ‘Bringer of joy’, which was also the name of Theresa’s grandmother. Her summer holidays were spent in the comfort of her family’s farm in rural Nigeria, running between tall stalks of corn while picking breakfast goodies for everyone. This is where her journey into food began.

Theresa has always believed that food is more than just fuel; it’s about connection, comfort, memories, and celebration. Growing up surrounded by the rich flavors of Nigerian cuisine, she developed a deep love for cooking and sharing meals that bring people together.

What began as preparing dishes for close friends and family from the comfort of her kitchen is now evolving into a multi-faceted culinary service, offering corporate catering and in-home dining experiences trusted by both private clients and corporate organizations.
